Discover our "Collerette" initiative

National and international studies have demonstrated a strong correlation between alcohol abuse and violence. The risk of being involved, either as a victim or perpetrator, in acts of violence increases with the level of alcohol consumption. Building on this finding, we continue our prevention campaign targeting alcohol producers to raise awareness of the link between alcohol and violence. We encourage them to include on their labels a statement drawing consumers’ attention to the potential dangers of their products and a call for responsible consumption.

Our mission: promote responsible alcohol consumption.

Give your children the opportunity to be sensitized to all forms of violence and to acquire the necessary tools to combat them.

The course covers 9 central themes: fear, assertiveness, body boundaries, the right to defend oneself, how to provide assistance, violence, measures to prevent potential aggression, internet dangers, and techniques to learn self-defense.

This course also allows children to boost their self-confidence.

The training takes place:

  • Either at the CitronVert sports hall, Route de Chandoline 25 in Sion, on the first floor
  • Or in your city/village if you have a suitable venue available.

We offer different modules depending on the child’s age:

  • The 4H module
  • Module 1 (theoretical from 5th grade)
  • Module 2 (practical for children)

We welcome a minimum of 15 participants and a maximum of 25 participants. The registration fee is CHF 50.- (including the accompanying adult). The registered child remains the responsibility of their accompanying adult.
